Trimmer

Physical requirements

The Essentials

  • Trim staff will be responsible for big leafing, wet trimming, and dry trimming plants.
  • Responsible for moving/ hanging of plants, collecting waste plant matter, and properly disposing of dirt.
  • Separate and organize trimmed product into specific containers for bud, trim, stems, fan etc.
  • Weigh and record information regarding trimmed plant material.
  • Responsible for following operational guidelines.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively with other trim staff and management.
  • Work in a quick and efficient manner while still being able to meet speed and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
  • Develop basic knowledge of strain characteristics and main problems with plants.
  • Responsible for end of clean up of trim room, break room, and bathrooms.
  • Abide by scheduling policies, show up on time for scheduled shifts, and request time off in accordance with company policy.

Assistant Manager


Seeking personable, energetic, highly organized and hardworking individuals who have a passion for providing a professional, five-star service experience. A deep understanding of people and how to best meet their needs is of the utmost importance. Must enjoy working with a team. Current MED Medical Marijuana Occupational License is required.

The Assistant Manager will assist in daily operation of the dispensary. In this highly regulated industry, precise attention to detail and strict observance to procedure is expected. This individual will also work with other corporate support positions as needed to ensure the facility's sound recordkeeping and compliance with local and state regulations.​ Priorities include implementation of dispensary policies; assisting in the hiring and supervision of employees; and representation of the dispensary's mission and vision to patients, vendors, team members, and community.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for mentoring team members and should be able to manage dispensary operations while playing an active role on the dispensary floor. In the Manager's absence, the Assistant Manager takes on the responsibilities of the Manager.


The Essentials

  • Assist in ensuring the dispensary's full compliance with local and state regulation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years prior supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or related field.

Director of Administration and Finance
